Job Responsibilities As a Service Salesperson, you are the one who makes everything flow - from the first customer contact to the final invoice. You receive bookings, plan work, and ensure that our customers feel secure and well taken care of throughout the process. Since we focus heavily on customer satisfaction, it is important that you are service-oriented, social, and positive.

This is what you will do:

• Receive customers and vehicles with a professional and positive attitude

• Plan and book service and repairs, handle damage cases and warranty work

• Create and follow up work orders

• Provide price information and ongoing feedback via email and phone

• Collaborate closely with our technicians and workshop management as well as the parts department

• Be responsible for invoicing and other related administration

• Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.

• Ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.

• Explain different options for actions and present various alternatives based on the customer's needs.

Key Competencies/Abilities:

• High school education in automotive technology, equivalent vocational training, or other experience in the industry

• A couple of years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and delivery towards customers

• Good computer and phone skills

• Driver's license B, C license is an advantage

• Good sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers

• Goal- and results-oriented with a high drive

• Swedish and English
